Online Payments

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through a secure server. The confirmation email you receive will also be your official receipt. The security of our customers is highly important and this website is secure and follows all guidelines on this issue.

Duties and Local Taxes

If you’re ordering from a country other than the UK, local taxes or duties might be due and you will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.

Shipping/Carriage

Please allow 7 days for delivery.

UK orders:
Orders of less than £100 are charged postage at a flat rate of £6.00.
Orders of £100 or more get FREE postage.

EU orders:
Orders are charged at a flat rate of £20.00 if less than £150.
Orders of £150 or more get FREE postage

Outside-EU orders:
Orders are charged at a flat rate of £30 if less than £250.
Orders of £250 or more get FREE postage.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order. Orders of less than £100 are charged postage at a flat rate of £6.00 for UK orders and £8.00 for Eire/Europe.
Orders of £100 or more get FREE postage.

Damage in Transit and Refunds

If you receive damaged goods, retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us immediately and within seven days of receiving the goods so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the purchase.

Goods not Available for Shipment

Although we do our best to keep a range of stock there are times when we might not have a particular product. If this means that we can’t ship your order within two working days of receipt then we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and ask whether we should proceed with the transaction.

Confidentiality

We store your information on our computer system but never allow this to be given to a third party without your agreement.

Complaints

We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service. If something goes wrong please contact us immediately on . We welcome your comments as it allows us to improve our service. We will reply to you within five working days and if the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed until it is.
